Critical analysis finds 600 IU to 800 IU of vitamin D per day is sufficient


Daily intake of 600 IU to 800 IU of vitamin D3 per day was sufficient to avoid vitamin D deficiency at all ages and to optimize bone health in adults and older patients, according to authors of a recent review of randomized controlled clinical trials.
