Stopping low-dose aspirin may increase risk of cardiovascular events

Patients using low-dose aspirin who discontinued treatment were at a 37% increased risk of cardiovascular (CV) events compared with those who continued treatment, according to the results of a large, population-based cohort study published in Circulation.
