SSRIs and pregnancy: Concern with some agents, not others


Select birth defects were observed with maternal use of fluoxetine or paroxetine, but not with other SSRIs such as sertraline, citalopram, or escitalopram, according to a case control study of birth defects published in the British Medical Journal
